Barbara Graham
Barbara Graham is the College Kids Savings Account Coordinator for the Office of Financial Empowerment for the City of St. Louis. Mrs. Graham strives for productive relationships with partners, parents, and other stakeholders, and develops innovative engagement and sustainable fundraising partnerships to ensure programmatic success. Prior to her position at OFE, Mrs. Graham served as the 2nd Ward Neighborhood Improvement Specialist (NIS). Acting as a liaison between residents and the city, Mrs. Graham addressed physical, behavioral, and quality of life issues in collaboration with the Alderperson, neighborhood organizations, Police Districts, and other city departments. Previously, Mrs. Graham served as the Social Services Coordinator with Fathers’ Support Center, managing social workers and facilitators and focusing on coaching and team development to achieve individual and agency goals. Mrs. Graham holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
