St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC), Office of Financial Empowerment (OFE) and the Neighborhood Stabilization Division (NSD) will be hosting educational webinars for first time homebuyers interested in beginning their path toward homeownership in the City of St. Louis. These informational sessions will provide an overview of the HomeSTL Homebuyer Assistance Program (coming in March 2024) and prepare future homeowners for a successful journey that is rooted in education, informed choices and sustainable homeownership practices.  Future homebuyers are encouraged to watch the webinar recording.
