We are thrilled to invite you to join the Office of Financial Empowerment to this year’s Annual #BlackWallStreet314 Festival, held on Saturday, June 28th, 2025. The #BlackWallStreet314 celebrates and empowers St. Louis’s vibrant African American community by:

  • Honoring the legacy: We pay tribute to the historical significance and power of Black Wall Street and the work of our ancestors that contributed to its success.
  • Championing cultural heritage: We showcase the richness of African and African American traditions through art, performances, and storytelling.
  • Uniting our diverse community: We foster inclusivity and understanding through shared experiences and connections.
  • Empowering residents: We connect attendees with vital resources and services to support their well-being and success.
  • Generational wealth building: We provide community development support through homeownership, business development, estate planning and asset management.

The festival welcomes over 5,000 attendees for a day of culture, connection, and LIVE entertainment. Family-friendly experiences and attractions include Black Business Fundraiser & Networking Events, Juneteenth Celebrations, Black Business Street Fair, Car & Truck Display, Homeownership Parade, Health & Community Resource Fair, African-inspired art, face painting, storytelling, and drumming circles, Games, family fun, and much more!   To learn more about BlackWallStreet314 visit here.
