This ID card will be produced by the City of St. Louis and is intended to:\n\n• Provide equitable access to municipal services\n• Represent a sense of civic pride and community identity\n• Serve as a form of locally recognized identification\, particularly for residents who may face barriers to obtaining other government-issued IDs\n• Artists without formal training or a traditional arts background are encouraged to apply.\n\nArtists ages 16 and up are encouraged to apply.
